‍Cancellations
Reservations must be cancelled by 4 pm EST 14 days in advance to avoid a penalty of one night or 50% of the stay (whichever is greater plus tax). If cancelled outside of the 14 day policy, the deposit will be fully refunded (less a $35 administrative fee). Reservations may not be reduced inside of the 14 day window.

‍Hotel Policies

• 86 Cannon is an adults only property
  
• No children under the age of 21 (including infants & toddlers)
• All rooms have a maximum of 2 guests only
• No pets allowed (including emotional support animals)
• No smoking allowed on property. Violations will be charged $500 per incident.
• No bachelor or bachelorette parties are allowed
• No brides and bridal parties are allowed
• We are unable to accommodate whole property bookings
  
• Only two reservations allowed per group. 86 Cannon reserves the right to cancel any booking(s) that reflect a group with more than two reservations.
• No shows and early departures will result in full charge of booking.
